My network
The provider, the ASN and the Cloudflare point of presence (PoP) that answer your connection, read when this page opens. Your IP address is not shown.

Reading your connection…
Each value comes from the connection data that Cloudflare returns with the test endpoint. A dash means that field is missing; nothing is guessed.
Test my connectionWhat each line means
Four facts about the network your connection enters.
- Provider. The network operator, as the connection data names it. It can differ from the brand on your bill.
- ASN. The number that identifies that network on the internet.
- Location. The city, region and country the connection data gives. Location comes from records that are sometimes out of date or wrong.
- PoP. The Cloudflare data center that answered the test. The test measures to it, so the distance to it is part of the latency you see.
This page does not show your IP address, your device or your Wi-Fi signal. The speed test does not show them either.
Questions about your network
What is an ASN?
An autonomous system number (ASN) identifies a network on the internet, usually one provider's network. The test reads it from the connection data that Cloudflare adds to each request, so it names the network your connection belongs to.
What is a PoP?
A point of presence (PoP) is a Cloudflare data center. Your requests are answered by the PoP that your network reaches first, and its code is the one shown as the test server. A closer PoP usually means less latency to the test.
Why is my IP address not shown?
The connection endpoint returns the provider, ASN, city, region, country and PoP, and it has no IP field. The site does not show or store the address. The server uses the IP only to apply its request limit at the moment of each request.
Why does a field show a dash?
A dash means the connection data did not include that field. The page never fills a missing value with a guess.
Does this page change my test result?
No. The page makes one request to the connection endpoint when it opens and saves nothing in your browser. The PoP is the server the speed test measures against, so its distance is already part of the latency you see in the test.
