The site is provided “as is”, without warranties of accuracy or availability. To the extent permitted by law, SpeedTesting is not liable for losses arising from its use.

Do not use the site for unlawful purposes, attempt to compromise its security, or overload it with automated traffic.

Conditions specific to this test
A result describes the connection between your device and the test server at that moment, including Wi-Fi and anything else using the line. It is not a certified report: it does not replace a regulator’s official measurement and does not prove, by itself, that a provider is in breach of contract.
The test transfers real data and counts against your data allowance. Each request is limited to 50 MiB and the server limits requests per minute; automated use, or use from outside this site’s pages, is refused.
The sentences about games, video and calls are a reading of the numbers by fixed rules, with no guarantee for any specific service.
